Site & Soils Analysis & Planning
It is a requirement to conduct a soils analysis and percolation test in order to design the appropriate type of septic system. Not only for Environmental stewardship and to meet provincial health regulations, but we also consider your budget and needs - what is feasible for the area, most functional for your lifestyle, and most of all, we consider that 'effluent' is something you don't want to think about. So let us start here to propose the best solutions for you.
System Design & Local Health Authority Permitting
Engineered system with schematic drawings based on your properties set backs, geological restraints, and dwelling requirements. Required in order to obtain a permit from your local health authority to commence new construction, renovations and septic installation. We work directly with Interior Health, Vancouver Coastal Health and other affiliated authoritys.
Materials Plan
Dependent on type of system. Some package treatment units require advanced notice of delivery. Materials will be planned to ensure you have the best system on site and ready to go without delay as soon as you're ready for installation.
Septic Installation
Licensed and insured to provide project management and installation dependent on any type of septic system ( Type 1,2 or 3). Associated excavation costs and aggregates will be included and vary depending on site access, machine size and source of aggregates. We provide our own labour and work with excavation partners who are efficient in machine operation to ensure a meticulous install of your septic system.
Septic Completion & Maintenance Package
We will help you reach final permit stage so you can enjoy what you have created. Owners of a new sewerage system are presented with a warranty and easy care maintenance package. Our friendship with you is not over yet though. Our team will check back with you as per the maintenance schedule to make sure everything is running care free and optimally.
Sewerage System Inspections
We work directly with real estate
agents to give piece of mind to clients during the conditional process of a real estate transaction. Getting a
septic inspection is added insurance for you or your client when considering a purchase or sale.
